I am a busy wife, a mom of three kids under 4 years old, and a full-time teacher in Canada. I spent my entire adulthood tackling weight issues and making a million excuses as to why I would never be successful.
When I finished having kids, I realized that I could not sustain my unhealthy lifestyle and be a good role model for my children at the same time. Enough was enough. I joined the Weight Watchers’ program. Through following a healthy, balanced lifestyle and exercise I was able to lose 108 pounds.
The confidence that I have felt with this new life is something that I never knew could exist for me. I feel like an entirely new person. It’s like my life has finally begun at 36 years old!
